Come and enjoy a delicious moment in an enchanting setting 7 minutes from the centre of Valenciennes.
Following the steps of previous owner Michel Carlier, Chef David will cook tasty and generous homemade dishes served in a warm atmosphere. Juliette and David drew all their love for cooking and hospitality with their uncle Robert Bardot, starred chef of the famous Flambard in Lille.
The journey continues on the plate, which is as original as it is tasty. Local dishes (Flamiche au Maroilles or Carbonnade Flamande) and exotic ones are served around the same table in the authentic and friendly setting of the household dining room.
Meals can be served on our hotel’s large terrace during summer so that you can enjoy the lush vegetation of the park. What a delight!
We work as much as we can with products from our garden (honey, apple juice, eggs…) as well as from local or regional producers and seasonal products in an attempt to serve you better.
Our table d’hôtes is open from Monday to Thursday evenings and welcome non-residents on lunch for seminars and reunions. A table can be booked (at least eight people) for dinner and on weekends.
